摘    要:液氯在长距离管网输送过程中,由于剧毒,低温,高压,高的热膨胀系数等特点,在管路设计中其超压保护设计就显得特别重要。对比实际工作中不同的超压安全保护措施,认为在上下游管线两个切断阀之间设置液氯膨胀罐,不仅有效地保证了液氯管网压力的波动,而且在合理地选取膨胀罐设计压力的前提下,液氯能够被安全地封在密闭的膨胀罐内,也避免了液氯泄放对环境人身的伤害。

Abstract:As long pipe work conveying liquid chlorine was unavoidable,protection against overpressure was important due to high toxicity of liquid chlorine,low-temperature and high pressure operating conditions and its high thermal expansion coefficient.Compared various overpressure protection methods among practices,an efficient measure to install an expansion vessel on the pipe work between the two block valves,which can balance the pressure fluctuation over the pipe system.Chlorine blanketed inside the vessel also avoided releasing effect on environment and personnel when appropriate design pressure of the expansion vessel was defined.
