| 摘 要： | 从植物中筛选抗氧化剂、表征抗氧化活性是近年来的研究热点之一,使用自由基阳离子ABTS·＋进行筛选和表征是目前常用的方法之一,本文对ABTS法的原理、分类及应用进行了总结,并讨论了影响TEAC值的因素和ABTS法的优缺点。

| Abstract: | Screening antioxidants from plants and evaluating antioxidant activity was one of the hot research topics in recent years.The ABTS radical cation assay for screening and evaluating antioxidant was one of the commonly used methods currently.The principle,classes and application of the ABTS radical cation assay for screening and evaluating antioxidant were reviewed.The factors which influenced TEAC value and the advantages and disadvantages of the ABTS radical cation assay were also discussed. |
