| 摘 要： | 聚乙烯醇缩丁醛（PVB）具有广泛的用途,一般通过聚乙烯醇与正丁醛在酸性条件下缩合得到。本文采用一步法合成聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应助剂对反应的影响,确定了较优的反应条件。

| Abstract: | Polyvinyl Butyral（PVB） was widely used now,which normally was produced from polyvinyl alcohol and butyraldehyde.Influence of raw materials ratio,content of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction auxiliary on the reaction were investigated,and suitable process condition was obtained. |
