| 摘 要： | 通过使用GC-MS联用技术对欧当归精油进行分析,从中鉴定了40种化学成分,占总含量的87.35%。主要成分为藁本内酯,占总含量的48.41%;此外,倍半萜类化合物为其主要成分,包括22个倍半萜烯烃化合物和5个倍半萜氧化物,占总含量的29.91%。

| Abstract: | The components of essential oil of Radix Levistic Officinalis were analyzed by GC-MS,and forty components in the oil were identified,which accounted for 87.35% of the total contents.Its main content was Ligustilide,which accounted for about 48.41% of the total contents.The other main contents were sesquiterpenoids,including twenty-two sesquiterpenes olefin compound and five sesquiterpenes oxide,which accounted for about 29.91% of the total contents. |
