高海拔地区大型硫精砂制酸装置设计及运行情况简介

摘    要:对高海拔地区400 kt/a硫酸生产装置工艺进行了比选,介绍青海硫精砂焙烧制酸系统工艺流程和设备,对试生产情况和存在的问题进行了详细分析;装置回收高低温位废热,通过废热锅炉产出蒸汽进行发电;回收烧渣中的铜、钴、锌等有价金属后产出的铁精粉可直销钢铁厂。

Abstract:The process and equipment of a 400 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on pyrite in high-altitude region, Qinghai, are described. The operation situation and problems are analyzed. High-and low-level heat were recovered by waste heat boiler to produce steam for power generation. Cu, Co and Zn in slag were recycled. Produced iron concentrate was sold to steel plant.
