基于SOC技术的多路温度控制系统设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于SOC技术的多路温度控制系统。该系统采用了SOC微处理器实现多路相互独立的温度控制,采用数字式温度传感器DS1820和可控硅驱动器MOC3041实现温度采集和同步过零触发。现场运行表明,该系统具有速度快、控制方便、可靠性高等优点,能够适应工业现场等较复杂恶劣的环境。

Abstract:A multi-channel Temperature Control System is designed in the paper,which is based on the technology of SOC. The system use SOC microprocessor to actualize multi-channel temperature control,and it use DS1820 and MOC3041 to actualize temperature collection and synchronous zero passage trigger. The practical result shows that the Temperature Control System is adapt to some complicated industry environment with many advantages such as high-speed,easy-controlled,high-reliability,and so on.
