澳大利亚某低品位镍矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对澳大利亚某低品位镍矿进行了选矿工艺研究。在研究原矿物质组成及有用矿物的结构构造、粒度嵌布关系的基础上,对磨矿段数、磨矿细度、有用矿物的浮选方式、物料在不同粒度组成下的浮选工艺等进行了大量的探索研究。结果表明:采用两磨两选,镍铜混合浮选工艺流程,在原矿镍品位0.79%,铜品位0.89%,氧化镁11.12%的条件下,可获得如下指标:选别精矿镍品位为5.23%,铜品位为7.05%,氧化镁为6.87%,精矿镍回收率为68.28%,铜回收率为82.17%。

Abstract:The study on beneficiation technology for a low-grade nickel mineral from Australia was carried out.Based on the study on the composition of the green ore,the texture of valuable minerals and dissemination characteristics of minerals,a large number of the experimental studies on the number of grinding stages,grinding fineness,the flotation methods of valuable minerals and the flotation processes of minerals with different size grading,etc.,were carried out.The results showed that,by adopting nickel-copper bulk flotation including two stages of grinding and two stages of flotation,when nickel,copper and MgO grades of green ore are 0.79%,0.89% and 11.12% respectively the following indexes can be obtained,i.e.in concentrate the nickel the copper and MgO contents are 5.23%,7.05% and 6.87% respectively,and the recovery rates of nickel and copper is 68.28% and 82.17%.
