摘    要:富钴结壳多次取芯钻机是可以一次下水、多次取芯的深海底矿产资源勘探、地质调查的重大技术装备。长沙矿山研究院成功研制出我国第1台富钴结壳多次取芯钻机,参加海上试验并取得成功。在介绍富钴结壳钻机的基本机构和参数的基础上,对钻机设计的创新点与技术难点进行了分析,尤其是对钻机的多次取芯技术进行了详细阐述。

Abstract:Multi-coring drill for cobalt-rich crusts is an important equipment for the exploration of deep seabed mineral resources and survey of deep seabed geology etc.,which can implement coring-drilling many times if it is placed to seafloor once.The first set of multi-coring drill for deep seabed shallow strata was successfully developed by Changsha Institute of Mining Research,and has been applied successful in Pacific experiment.In this paper,the basic mechanisms and technical specifications of the multi-coring drill were introduced.The technical difficulties and innovations,especially the multi-coring technology,about the design of the core sampling drill were analyzed.
