| 摘 要： | 分析了重庆天然气净化总厂引进分厂过去的备品配件管理模式,指出了备品配件管理中存在的不足,初步探索了既要保证装置正常生产需要、又要降低备品配件库存的合理性和可行性,提出了相应意见和建议,以期对备品配件管理及材料计划工作有所帮助,对缓解资金积压、减少急料情况、降低库存、保证装置正常生产起到一定指导作用。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the former management model of spare parts in Yinjin branch in Chongqing natural gas purification plant general,the weaknesses existing in the previous spare parts management are pointed out. Preliminary exploration to ensure normal production needs and feasibility and rationality of reducing parts stock,the purpose is help for spare parts management and material planning work.It will play a certain role in pressure relief funds,reducing the produced emergency material,lowering stock and guaranteeing the equipment normal operation. |
