浮选柱气含率调控策略探析

摘    要:通过压差法测量浮选柱内部气含率,对影响气含率的3个因素——循环压力、进气量、起泡剂用量分别进行了实验研究。利用正交实验设计方法设计正交实验,并运用极差分析和方差分析法对实验数据进行分析,得出结论:起泡剂对气含率的影响最大,进气量次之,循环压力最小;随着起泡剂浓度、进气量和循环压力的增大,气含率增大。

Abstract:Pressure deviation method was used to measure the gas hold-up in flotation column.The orthogonal experiments was made on the circulating pressure,air input and frother dosage which can affect gas hold-up,and the data of experiments were studied by use of range analysis and variance analysis.In addition,the research also makes it clear that gas hold-up increased with the increasing of frother dosage,air input and circulating pressure.
