含稀土磷矿石磨矿功的简易测定

摘    要:采用测定邦德功指数的简便试验方法,对贵州某地磷矿石的可磨性功耗指标进行了测定,得到了该矿石1~7号及综合样的邦德功指数分别为15.53,10.97,6.75,7.63,6.97,7.73,6.01,8.32kwh/t,为磷矿磨矿回路的设计及配矿提供了科学依据。

Abstract:As a simple and convenient method,Bond work index mensuration was used to measure the grindability power consumption of phosphate ore containing rare earth from county,Guizhou province.The Bond work index of 1 to 7,and comprehensive sample were 15.53 kwh /t,10.97 kwh /t,6.75 kwh /t,7.63 kwh /t,6.97 kwh /t,7.73 kwh /t,6.01 kwh /t,8.32 kwh /t,which provide a basis for the design of closed-circuit grinding of the phosphate ore and ore blending.
