瓮福A层磷矿石的双反浮选试验研究

摘    要:以贵州瓮福磷矿A层矿2#矿体磷矿石为研究对象,采用双反浮选工艺,分别对影响分选指标的主要因素进行了条件试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074mm占80.80%条件下,原矿P2O5品位为25.05%的硅钙质胶磷矿经"一次粗选,一次扫选,两次精选"浮选流程选别后,可获得P2O5品位31.82%、MgO品位0.92%、SiO2品位12.63%的综合精矿,其总回收率为80.24%。

Abstract:Double-reverse flotation process was tested for 2# orebody of " A" layer ore in Wengfu Phosphate Mine,in which conditional experiments on main factors affecting separation index were carried out.The results showed that,through processing the raw ore with P2O5 grade of 25.05% by a process flow of one-roughing,one-scavenging and two-cleaning under grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 80.80%,a comprehensive phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 31.82%,MgO grade of 0.92%,SiO2 grade of 12.63% and total recovery rate of 80.24% was obtained.
