基于无线射频技术的井下机车运输信号控制系统

摘    要:针对地下矿山井下运输系统的特点,采用无线射频技术,通过RS485总线定位井下机车,并采用独特的控制域设计思想,通过主控逻辑运算,根据机车运行状况,自动控制信息号灯的转换。系统的成功使用,解决了井下信号系统需人工干预以及可能存在的撞车及会车困难的问题,提高了矿山井下运输效率。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of underground transport system,radio frequency technology and RS485 bus are used to locate underground locomotive.Based on a unique design concept of control domain,the controlling system can implement the automatic signal transform of traffic lights through the master logical operation and according to the running conditions of locomotive.The successful application of the controlling system can solve the problems of underground traffic signal system requiring manual intervention,as well as the possible vehicle crash and the difficult issue,and can improve the efficiency of underground transport in the mine.
