| 摘 要： | 以吐鲁番、哈密地区为例,对新疆坎儿井干涸趋势和区域地下水位动态变化进行分析研究。针对坎儿井现状存在的主要问题,依据区域水资源宏观配置对坎儿井保护利用的要求,从调整经济结构、发展农业节水、建设节水型城市、新建山区调节水库、减少地下水开采量以及加强污水回用等方面,提出了新疆坎儿井水资源保护利用的战略目标和具体保护措施。

| Abstract: | The drying trend of the karezes in Xinjiang and the dynamic variation of the regional underground water level are analyzed using the Hami of Tulufan as an example. On the basis of the present status of the karezes and the requirement for the protection and utilization of karez water resources in the regional allocation system, objectives and protection measures are presented： adjusting the economic structure, promoting water-saving irrigation techniques, building water conservation cities, building new reservoirs in mountainous regions, reducing groundwater exploitation, and reinforcing the recycling of sewage. |
