| 摘 要： | 阐述了发电权交易的概念、发电权交易的流程以及发电权交易的类型;介绍了发电权交易的数学模型,指出发电权交易成本的概念.并对发电权交易成本的2个组成部分作了研究,提出将边际网损系数法应用到发电权交易成本的计算中.以IEEE-14节点系统为算例,算例计算结果分析表明,边际网损系数法在计算发电权交易成本时是可行且具有积极意义的.
