| 摘 要： | 平顶山某热电有限公司#2锅炉在运行中锅炉出力达不到设计值,且锅炉运行中存在炉膛燃烧严重缺氧的问题(高温段省煤器入口处氧量甚至低至0%～1%),严重影响了机组的满发及安全经济运行,通过现场检验消缺及试验研究分析,解决了送、引风机出力偏低的问题,找到了锅炉出力不足和炉膛燃烧严重缺氧问题的主要原因。

| Abstract: | The output capacity of a boiler can not reach the design capacity and the boiler had the problem that the furnace lack oxygen during operating(the inlet oxygen of the high-temperature econo- mizer was low to 0-1%),it seriously influenced the output capacity and the safety of the boiler.By e- liminating the defects,testing and analyzing,we resolved the problem that output of the draft fan and the forced-draft fan was lower,then found the main reason of the undercapacy of the boiler and the lacking oxygen of the furnace. |
