| 摘 要： | 对烟曲霉的次级代谢产物进行提取并就其抗菌与抗肿瘤活性进行初步研究.采用马铃薯-葡萄糖液体培养基(PD)对烟曲霉进行发酵处理,分别提取菌体胞内和胞外产物,针对4种指示菌(大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠球菌)进行了抗菌活性研究,针对人肺癌A549细胞进行了抗肿瘤活性研究.结果表明,烟曲霉次级代谢产物对金黄...

| Abstract: | Extraction and activities of secondary metabolites from Aspergillus fumigatus were studied.PD Medium was used in the fermentation process,and the intracellular and extracellular extracts were obtained respectively.Four reprensentative bacteria,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Candida albicans,were selected as indicator strains for antibacterial activity,and human cancer cell A549 for antitumor activity.Secondary metabolites from Aspergillus fumigatus showed remarkable inhibitory activity to Staphylococcus aureus and strong cytotoxicity on human cancer cell A549 and the active substances existed mainly in intracellular extract.Research on secondary metabolites from Aspergillus fumigatus had certain significance for development of antitumor drugs. |
