| 摘 要： | 在移动通信网络从2G/3G向LTE演进的过程中,在核心网部署和实施方面仍面临着一系列有待解决的问题,其中主要包括EPC组网策略、LTE与2G/3G互操作解决方案和LTE语音解决方案等。文章针对这三个问题的若干部署和实施方案进行了探讨和分析比较,并尝试给出了可供参考的分阶段演进步骤和发展思路。

| Abstract: | In the evolving process of mobile communications from 2G/3G to LTE, a series of strategic problems need to be resolved for the deployment and implementation of the Evolved Packet Core （EPC）, including EPC network constructing, interworking between LTE and 2G/3G access networks, and voice service providing over LTE. In this article, several potential deployment schemes for these problems are discussed and analyzed, and several operable evolution paths and suggestions are proposed. |
