| 摘 要： | 针对中国加入WTO后，国内软件企业将面临更为激烈的国际竞争，分析了我国软件业与发达国家软件业之间的优、劣势，认为我国应用软件企业应采取跟随创新战略与国际软件企业进行竞争，并提出了有效实施跟随创新战略应具备的两个基本条件.

| Abstract: | China's entrance to the WTO will bring impact on national software companies in the face of great international competition.The paper analyses the advantage and disadvantage of software companies between our country and develeped countries,and states that the following innovation strategy should be adopted by China' application software companies in order to compete with international software companies,subsequentely,the two foundamental factors of following innovation strategy which is enforced effectively are put forward in the paper. |
