离心铸管管模温度场及热应力场数值模拟

摘    要:在对管模生产条件下的热态工况进行分析的基础上,利用有限元数值方法首次建立了管模传热分析轴对称。在模型中对管模传热系统中的对流、辐射、接触边界条件和凝固潜热进行了处理,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析了21CrMo10(德国牌号)材料管模的温度场、热应力场的变化。数值模拟结果与试验测量结果以及实际生产中管模的破坏状况相符合。

Abstract:An axisymmetrical model for analysis of the heat transferr of metallic mold for pipe has been established by finite element simulation method on the basis of analyzing operation thermal condition of metallic mold for pipe. The change of temperature field and thermal stress field of 21CrMo10 metallic mold was analyzed using ANSYS software on the basis of disposed convection, radiation and contact boundary condition and latent heat of solidification in the model .The results of numerical simulation coincides with experimental results and actual damage condition in metallic mold for pipe.
