超滤系统运行分析研究

摘    要:超滤膜能够对胶体、大分子有机物、细菌等进行有效截留,其出水可完全满足反渗透系统的要求。超滤装置实际产水量同进水压力、水温(水的粘度)、膜污堵程度(跨膜压差TMP)、进水水质(悬浮物、有机物、微生物、浊度等)、充水排气状况等因素有关。文章研究了操作压力、跨膜压差、进水温度和进水水质对产水量的影响。

Abstract:Ultrafiltration membrane can intercept colloids, organic molecules, bacteria and other effective retention, which can fully meet the requirements of reverse osmosis water system. The actual water production of ultrafiltration device is related to water pressure, water temperature (viscosity of water), the membrane fouling degree (trans-membrane pressure TMP), water quality (suspended solids, organic matter, microbes, turbidity, etc.), water-filled exhaust conditions and other lhctors. The paper studies the effects of operating pressure, trans-membrane pressure, water temperature and quality.
