成型工艺对免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料的性能影响研究

摘    要:文章研究了成型工艺对制备免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料性能的影响,结果表明,螺杆组合的剪切强弱对制备免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料有重要影响,太强或太弱均不利于制备效果优良的免喷涂材料,较为理想的螺杆组合是捏合元件数量6~7组,角度为45o~60o的中等剪切强度捏合元件,对加工温度的敏感性小于对剪切强度的敏感性,较理想的加工温度范围是210~220℃。

Abstract:The influence of molding process on performance of Spray-free polypropylene was studied in the paper. The results showed that, screw combination of shear strength has important influence on Spray-free polypropylene composite material preparation, too strong or too weak not ideal, the appropriate screw combination is kneading elements number 6 to 7 groups, angle is 450-60. Sensitivity to the processing temperature is less than the sensitivity of shear strength, the ideal processing temperature range is 210-220 ℃.
