摘    要:轧机导卫板用高铬镍铸钢,通过稀土钒钛变质处理后,其综合机械性能,特别是冲击韧性,抗热疲劳性能明显提高.试验证明,对提高导卫板的使用寿命非常有效

Abstract:A high chromium and nickel cast steel was used to a guide plate of rolling mill by the means of modified treatment with RE,vanadium and titanium,the combination mechnical properties of the steel were improved evidently,especially its impact toughness and hot fatigue resistant,which was proven to be much more effective for increasing the service life of the guide plate.
