摘    要:本文将结构视为系统,说明了结构系统的安全储备不同于结构构件的安全储备,由此说明了结构系统抵御意外灾害能力的鲁棒性特点。随后,阐述了结构系统的"重要性层次"和"功能性层次"概念,并基于这两种"层次性"概念,提出了结构系统的"可设计性"。针对建筑结构抗震的两种破坏机制,采用系统分析方法和"可设计性"原理,提出了形成两种结构破坏机制的控制原理。在此基础上,针对整体型破坏机制,基于结构系统的层次性原理,给出了预期结构抗震性能,进而提出了结构地震破坏机制和破坏过程的控制原理和可行方法。
