辅助型工艺知识库组成及知识获取方法

摘    要:为了适应计算机辅助工艺设计由面向自动化向面向辅助的转变,文章提出了辅助型工艺知识库的概念,对组成辅助型工艺知识库的工艺基础知识库和工艺规则库的内容进行了详细的阐述,比较了辅助型工艺知识库和决策型工艺知识库在内容、知识获取方法和构建知识库的代价等方面的区别,讨论了用语义匹配、文本聚类、关联规则和序列模式等数据挖掘技术进行辅助型工艺知识的自动获取方法,并给出了应用实例。

Abstract:To change the automation-oriented Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) to aid-oriented CAPP, the concept of Assistant Process Repository (APR) was presented. The APR contained the basic process repository and rules repository, the contents of which were elaborated. Then, the APR was compared with Process Decision-making Repository on the aspects of content, knowledge-capture methods and repository-build expenses. The method and technology to capture the knowledge automatically were discussed according to the Knowledge Discovery Technology. These technologies included semantic matching, text clustering, association rules and series pattern analysis. Finally, an application example was given.
