摘    要:介绍了自由磨粒磁力研磨光整加工机理,在3_TPT五自由度并联机床上对模具型腔进行磁力研磨光整加工试验,研究了磁感应强度、研磨间隙、磨料粒度以及研具表面形状对模具型腔进行磁力研磨光整加工的影响及其变化规律。

Abstract:The mechanism of magnetic abrasive finishing(MAF) was presented.The experiment of magnetic abrasive finishing for mould cavity surface in a 3-TPT 5DOF parallel machine tool was carried out.The effects and its variation rules of the magnetic induction density,grinding gap,grit size and surface shape of lap tool on the surface finishing were analyzed and discussed.
