纳米SiO2对聚氨酯防水徐料性能的影响

摘    要:纳米SiO2表面经有机化接枝改性处理后,分散性比未改性的纳米SiO2好,但随着其含量的增加,团聚现象也加剧。表面接枝改性纳米SiO2对聚氨酯防水涂料有一定的改性作用,但当纳米SiO2含量较高时,由于纳米粒子的团聚作用,涂料的力学性能有所下降。红外光谱和力学性能分析结果显示,纳米SiO2可以提高聚氨酯防水涂料的耐紫外老化和热氧老化性能。

Abstract:The dispersibility of nano-SiO2 surface modified by graft copolymerization with organic compound was better than the unmodified nano-SiO2 The agglomeration is intensified with the increasing content of nano-SiO〉 The modified nano- SiO2 improved the property of polyurethane waterproofing coating to some extent, but the mechanical property of coatings descend slightly due to nano particle's agglomerate when its content was high. The results showed nano-SiO: can improve the UV-resistance and thermo-oxidative aging of polyurethane waterproofing coating by the analysis of infrared spectrum and mechanical property.
