| 摘 要： | 分析了莱芜钢铁公司500mm热带生产线原翻卷回转式收集料槽存在打包带易断裂、翻卷机故障多等问题产生的原因，并得出改进设计的原则是减少翻卷V型槽与带卷间的摩擦力。改进后取得了较好效果。
