| Abstract: | In this paper,the impacts are analysed,and several countermeasures are put forward,which include all-sided planning and unitive arrangement; coal associate with water resources exploitation; rundle-using mine water,coal slime water and living sewage; developping environment impact assessment of water in coal industry and so on. |
