基于虚拟样机技术的空气悬架动力学仿真及其提升臂支架有限元分析

摘    要:以某型货车的随动可转向提升桥空气悬架为例,利用虚拟样机技术建立了多体动力学计算模型,并进行动力学分析研究.在此基础上,利用有限元法,对关键部件进行了结构强度分析.

Abstract:some kind of following steering and lifting suspension with air spring in a large truck is taken as an example and its multi-body dynamics model is established by using ADAMS which is developed based on virtual prototype technique. On the basis of the result of dynamics analysis, the structural strength of the key part in the air suspension is researched by means of finite-element method.
