集肤效应电伴热在胜利埕岛海底输油管道上的应用研究

摘    要:如何防止混输的油气在海底管道中凝固结蜡、保证油气的正常输送是合理高效开发海上边远区块的关键。文章介绍了集肤效应电伴热的原理、特点及配套设施,从理论上对集肤效应电伴热用于埕岛油田海底输油管道的可行性进行了探讨,并通过计算分析了集肤效应的效果。理论分析及模拟计算表明,集肤效应电伴热用在海底榆油管道上是可行的,并提出了在实施过程中需要注意的问题。

Abstract:How to prevent wax deposit from precipitation in a multi-phase transportation pipeline and ensure its throughput efficiency are critical for remote offshore oil blocks. The paper introduces the principle, feature and matched device of skin-effect heat trace, discusses the feasibility research for the application of skin-effect heat trace system in Chengdao oilfield subsea pipeline. The theoretic analysis and simulation show that skin-effect heat trace is highly feasible for subsea crud oil pipeline. Also the paper introduces briefly the things which should be considered in implementation.
