摘    要:目前水电站明钢管可靠度评估主要结合跨中管壁部位进行计算,但并未充分反映其他部位对结构可靠性的影响。为此需考虑钢材强度参数、静水压力、水锤和焊缝系数的随机特性,建立水电站明钢管跨中管壁、支承环近旁管壁边缘、加劲环及其近旁管壁、支承环及其近旁管壁4个基本部位的强度安全功能函数,给出了基于JC法的管道结构可靠度评估方法。按当前设计方法确定的明钢管结构,加劲环及其近旁管壁和支承环及其近旁管壁的可靠指标低于目标可靠指标,不能充分保障结构强度安全,存在局部失效的风险。

Abstract:The reliability assessment of exposed penstock is now performed mainly considering the influence of mid-span part, which does not fully reflect the influence of other parts on the structural reliability. For this reason, considering the randomness of material strength, static pressure, water hammer and weld coefficient, the performance functions for safety evaluation of four classical parts are proposed, including pipe wall of mid-span, the edge of pipe wall near the supporting ring, stiffener ring and its near pipe wall, supporting ring and its near pipe wall. The reliability estimation for penstock based JC method is presented. The present code based exposed penstock may not fully satisfy the strength safety requirement for the reliability index of two localized parts i.e. stiffener ring and its near pipe wall, supporting ring and its near pipe wall are lower than the target reliability index, and local failure may occur.
