NiO敏感电极原始粉体对NO传感器元件性能的影响

摘    要:分别以溶胶凝胶法制备的NiO粉体和市售NiO粉体作为敏感电极原始粉体来配制电极浆料,通过丝网印刷方式涂覆在已烧结的YSZ基片的一面制成厚膜敏感电极,另一面印刷铂电极作参比电极,烧结后制备戍传感器元件。粒径测试和SEM观察表明。溶胶凝胶法NiO粉体粒径较小,烧结后晶粒大小均匀;而市售NiO粉体颗粒较粗大,烧结后晶粒连成块状。NO敏感性能测试表明.溶胶凝胶法NiO粉体制备的传感器元件比市售NiO粉体制备的传感器元件对NO的响应重复性好、灵敏度高、恢复时间短。

Abstract:In this t hesis,two different original powders, NiO powder commercially-sold or prepared through sol-gel method,were used to prepare electrode slurry. The electrode slurry was applied to one side of the sin-tered YSZ substrate through screen printing to make thick membrane sensing electrode. On the other side of the substrate,platinum electrode was employed to serve as reference electrode. Then the coated substrate was made into sensor component after calcining. Tests showed that the NiO powder prepared through sol-gel method had relatively small granularity and uniformly distribution of surface grains after calcining, while the granularity of commercially-sold NiO powder was bigger and the crystalline grain caked after calcining, which indicated that the former had better morphology than the latter. Furthermore, NO sensitivity test showed that the sensor component made by NiO powder prepared by sol-gel and shorter recovery time compared with that made method had better response repeatability, higher sensitivity by NiO powder commerciaUv-sold.
