| 摘 要： | 阐述了基于自动测试系统故障诊断的意义,对基于自动测试系统故障诊断方法的发展现状进行了总结,并对应用神经网络、模糊理论和小波分析后发展的趋势。分析了存在的问题,并提出了解决方法。

| Abstract: | The significance of the fault diagnosis of analog circuits is elaborated, and its development is presented. Applications of neural network (NN), fuzzy theory and wavelet analysis to fault diagnosis of Automatic Test System are described, as well as its developing trend. Problems with traditional methods are discussed, and solutions are also presented. |
