| 摘 要： | 研究了为达到利润最大化的目标，各发电公司在电力市场中的经济运行问题。首先建立了含几个火电厂的发电公司经济运行问题的模型，模型中考虑了发电公司因为不能按交易结果发电时所必须承担经济扣罚的因素。然后给出了相应的算法，有效地求解了该问题。分析结果表明：经济扣罚存在阈值，只有当经济扣罚大于该阈值时，对发电公司的行为才有约束力。应用此模型和算法编制的软件已应用于实际系统。算例表明，所提出的模型合理，算法有效。 |

| Abstract: | Econom ic operation of generation company in electricity market,which is for its maxim al profit,is studied in this paper.Firstly economic operation m odel of generation com pany including som e therm al power plants is constructed.The model considers econom ic punishment restraints which require generation com panies to generate according to bid result.Then an algorithm is proposed to effectively solve the problem.Analysis result indicates that there is a threshold value of econom ic punishment.Only when punishment is greater than the threshold value,the restraints are effective.Software based on the model is in use and results show that the m odel is reasonable and the algorithm is efficient. |
