| Abstract: | The present paper discusses the environmental contaminations as well as hazardous effects on the health of human being caused by adoption of the chromate passivation process in tin plating the steel sheet and in the meanwhile points out the necessity and feasibility of application of the Cr-free passivation technology in the tin plating process. |
