PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术在钢管输送系统中的应用

摘    要:所述钢管输送自动控制系统通过PROFIBUS-DP现场总线,以西门子S7-300为核心,将检测元件、操作元件、执行元件有机结合,实现了钢管输送的自动化。重点介绍了钢管输送自动控制系统的硬件构成、PLC与变频器之间的通信机制、软件设计及系统抗干扰措施。通过应用PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术,降低了生产线的维护费用,提高了生产线和设备运行的安全性与可靠性。

Abstract:Steel pipe transmission automation is realized by the steel pipe transmission automatic control system via PROFIBUS-DP field bus,Siemens S7-300 as the core,and the proper integration of relevant detection devices, operating components and actuator components. Focused on in the assay are such aspects of the said control system as the hardware configuration, mechanisms of the communication between PLC and frequency-transformer, software design, and anti-interference measures for the system. Thanks to the employment of the PROFIBUS-DP field bus technology,maintenance cost of the operation line is reduced,while safety level and running reliability of the operation line are improved.
