| 摘 要： | 分析了济钢干熄焦焦罐存在的角部开裂、框架横梁和吊耳拉杆变形的原因。通过改进焦罐结构 ,选用耐热钢 ,提高了焦罐抵抗破坏的能力 ,增加了罐体的刚性 ,延长了焦罐的使用寿命 ,满足了干熄焦生产的需要。

| Abstract: | The reasons of corner crack and deformation of frame beam and ear draft of the coke pot of CDQ at Jigang are analyzed. By modifying the structure of coke pot and selecting the heat resisting steel, the destruction-resisting ability of coke pot is improved, the rigid property of pot body is enhanced, the life is prolonged, and the need of the CDQ production is also met. |
