摘    要:在高速切削过程中,切削速度、进给速度是影响加工表面粗糙度的决定性因素.用PCD刀具对铝合金孔进行高速切削时,对不同切削参数下的表面粗糙度变化规律进行了理论分析和试验研究.通过试验确定的合理参数值可提高产品的加工质量.

Abstract:In high-speed machining,cutting velocity and thrust velocity are crucial factors to affect the machining surface roughness. This paper first theoretically analyzes the changing rule of surface roughness for different cutting parameters when aluminum alloy holes are being cut at high speed by PCD lathe tools. Then it validates the optimum parameter values by doing a lot of experiments. The experiments verify that proper parameters can improve the machining quality of the products.
