加载控制系统通用调理单元的设计及实现

摘    要:以加载控制系统为应用对象,论述了其模拟量输入信号及开关量输入信号通用调理单元的设计与实现;在分析了设计需求的基础上,充分考虑了开关量输入信号与模拟量输入信号的特性和特点,针对信号的隔离、调理,提出了设计开发的指导思想,并详细论述了其原理图实现方法;结果表明,该设计避免了传统调理电路针对性强,设计重复的资源浪费,减少了开发周期;模块化的设计增强了设计的灵活性、通用性,对于同类设计具有较强的应用价值。

Abstract:This paper discusses the method of general regulation of analog signals and digital signals inputed to the loading and controlling system.After analyzing the requiremeng of the design,considering the characteristic of signals,this paper put forward the idea of the general regulation module and the implementation procedure.The design avoids the shortcoming of the traditional method with repeated developing,strong pertinence.The design reduces the developing period.The modularize design increases the flexible and universal application,which also brings a great value to other kindred design.
