| 摘 要： | 饭店工程设备占饭店总投资的比例很大，其管理的好坏直接影响到服务形象和经济效益，靠手工管理已经跟不上现代饭店经营对设备管理的要求。文章对饭店工程设备的电脑化管理和能耗分析系统的信息化进行了论述和分析，希望通过信息化的管理能提高饭店设备管理的精度，同时提高饭店经营的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The engineering equipment of a hotel accounts for a significant share of the property's total investment. The management level has an influence on the service and economic benefit. The old management style is no longer able to meet requirements of modern hotels in respect of equipment management. This article makes a tentative explanation and analysis of computerized management of a hotel's engineering equipment and energy-consumption analysis system, hoping that computerized management can improve management accuracy of engineering equipment and in the meanwhile increase financial benefit of the operation. |
