| 摘 要： | 大型企业的电动机保护一直是关系到保证生产正常运行的重要因素,目前使用的热继电器装置不能获得很好的效果。为此,本文提出了一些改进措施,如采用555时基电路,可自行调节设定参数,并实现了全部设计方案。通过一阶段的现场测试表明,使用此装置对电动机过流保护,可以大大提高电动机的使用寿命。 |

| Abstract: | In large-scale enterprises,electromotor protection is a key to ensure normal production activity.The heat relay overcurrent system used at present is unsatisfactory to overcurrent protection of electromotors.For this reason,some improvement proposals are presented.For example,555 Integrated Circuit in which the parameters can be customized is adopted.This equipment has been implemented and has a satisfactory effect on protecting electromotor against overcurrent with a prolonged electromotor life. |
