| 摘 要： | 代建制与总承包模式中都存在大量的项目管理工作,因此有一定的类似.本文从诸方面分析了两者之间的关键区别,从概念上对二者进行甄别,为两种模式共存的工程的责权分析与界面管理提供了依据.

| Abstract: | There has been substantive project management work in agent-construction system and general contract mode,and as a result there is some similarity between agent-construction system and general contract mode. In this paper,the key differentiation between them should be analyzed from all sides in order to make concept distinction,and the result supply the gist for duty-power analysis and interface management of the project owns the two modes. |
