摘    要:利用模糊数学理论,对碱锰电池自动检测分选机进行优化创新设计,在设计中对碱锰电池自动检测分选机的总功能进行"发散"求解,获得碱锰电池自动检测分选机的形态学矩阵,利用模糊评价得到最佳方案.碱锰电池自动检测分选机是具有综合功能的专利产品,可对电池进行三参数检测和重量检测,次品分选和统计分析等.技术实施和生产使用表明该产品具有良好的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:By utilizing fuzzy mathematics theory, the optimum project of Alkaline Zn - MnO2 battery automatic quality evaluating machine was gained. Firstly in the design, we decomposed the general function, and the morphological matrix of Alkaline Zn - MnO2 battery automatic quality evaluating machine was gotten. Then the optimum project was gained by utilizing the fuzzy evaluation. The automatic quality evaluating machine for Alkaline Zn - MnO2 battery is a kind of patent product with comprehensive functions. It is able to realize the process of checking three targets and weight of the battery, it also has the functions of inferior eliminated and statistic analysis. By technical implementation and manufacturing practice, it's proved wellin economic and social benefit.
