摘    要:在晶闸管(SCR)的高压串联应用场合,由于反向恢复电荷Qrr的存在,将产生关断过电压,此电压对其串联技术提出了较高的要求。在TCR+FC型静止型动态无功补偿装置(SVC)的实际应用中,尽管已采用了动静态均压、器件冗余等技术,高压串联的晶闸管仍经常被过压击穿。目前,一种以击穿二极管(BOD)元件为核心的自取能自触发式晶闸管过压保护电路得到广泛应用,该电路具有响应快、抗干扰能力强、数字化等诸多优点。

Abstract:In the SCR applications of the high-voltage series,because of the existence of reverse recovery charge Qrr,the off-over-voltage will be produced,this voltage put forward higher requirements to SCR series.In the application of TCR+FC static var compensator(SVC),the SCR is often broken due to over-voltage,although the technologies of voltage-balance or element-redundance is used.In current,the technology of the BOD element as the core of selfpowered&self-trigger for SCR over-voltage protection is used extensively.The circuit has many advantages,such as fast response,strong anti-interference ability,digitization and so on.
