摘    要:对于模块化多电平变换器(MMC)而言,多电平子模块能够有效改善传统桥式子模块带来的级联模块繁多、系统体积过大等问题,但传统的多电平子模块通常不具有直流故障阻断能力。为了改善多电平子模块的直流故障阻断能力,提出一种改进型T型子模块结构(MTMSM),该结构通过闭锁模块内部的IGBT便能够阻断直流故障。搭建基于所述子模块结构的MMC系统的仿真模型以及硬件平台,二者结果均表明所述结构具有良好的直流故障阻断能力。

Abstract:The multilevel sub-module can effectively improve many problems such as the large number of cascaded modules and the large volume of the system brought by the traditional bridge type sub-module for the multilevel modular converter(MMC).But the traditional multilevel sub-module usually does not have the capability of DC fault locking.Therefore,in order to improve the ability of DC fault blocking for multilevel sub-module,a modified T-type multilevel sub-module(MTMSM)structure was put forward,which can block the DC fault by locking all IGBT during the DC fault period.In addition,a MMC system simulation model and hardware platform based on the proposed sub-module were built to verify the correctness of the structure,both of results show that the structure has great DC fault blocking capability.
