经济型微机闭环曲轴加工控制系统的研制

摘    要:本文介绍新研制的由微机、磁尺、屏显、驱动源等部件所构成的微机闭环曲轴加工控制系统。与开环步进电动机控制系统相比较,系统加工精度高,可控制在0.01mm以内。与闭环直流伺服控制系统相比较,其价格约低一个数量级。故其性能价格比较好,经现场实践运行,系统稳定、使用方便、效益显著。

Abstract:The paper introduces a novel microcomputer closed loop control system used in crank shaft processing.In consists of a microcomputer,magnetic roller, CRT and drive. Comparing with open loop control system for step motor,the system has the advantage of high processing precision of 0. 01mm. This system costs ten times lower as compared with closed loop dc serve control system.It has good performance cost radio.Proven by practice,this system is reliable,simple in operation and has good benifit.
