基于CAXA的曲面型腔仿真及数控加工

摘    要:通过对自由曲面型腔运用CAD/CAM技术进行数控加工这一实例,介绍了CAXA制造工程师2015软件的具体应用,从三维建模、仿真加工后置处理到数控加工验证切削参数设定的合理性.强调了CAD/CAM技术在现代制造业中的地位和重要性,可以便捷、直观的通过仿真加工结果调整加工方式,以达最高效、高质量的表面,说明使用CAD/CAM技术可以缩短产品设计生产制造周期,减少实际的切削验证,大幅提高加工效率,降低成本,有效地保障产品的加工精度,具有实际意义.

Abstract:Emphasizes the importance and status of CAD/CAM technology in modern manufacturing industry, can conveniently and intuitively adjust the processing way through the simulation results, the surface of the high efficiency and high quality, it shows that CAD/CAM technology can shorten the product design and manufacturing cycle, reduce the actual cutting test, greatly improve processing efficiency, reduce the cost. To effectively guarantee the machining precision of the product, has the practical significance.
