摘    要:把额定寿命当作电耐久性是误解,用指数分布来求可靠性指标存在缺陷.实际上额定寿命就是厂家提供给用户的使用寿命,术语到位总是迎刃而解.用威布尔分布求额定(使用)寿命不管有无可靠性指标,额定寿命或使用寿命都应具备一定的可靠度和置信度,只是大小不同,明确规定与否而已.

Abstract:It's misunderstood to consider the rated life of the relay as the electrical durability , and the index distribution to find the reliability index is flawed. In fact the rated life is provided by the vender about the service life. Accurate term can solve problems. Using the Weibull distribution to calculation the rated (use) life, regardless of whether it has the reliability index or not. Rated life or service life should have a certain degree of reliability and confidence, but the size of them and whether clearly defined is different.
