| Abstract: | The thesis is mayor in analysis the present situation and the input and output about IDC, which was based on the requirements of the Ministry of industry and information. In the end we have discussed the construction optimization of the basic system, respectively from the basis of the reduction of investment in the construction of the network, security, etc. |
